Job Description
Pea harvesting is piece-rate work that requires strong personal motivation.
You will work and live within an international community, with opportunities for both personal and social development.
You will be encouraged to develop additional skills, as some harvesters work part-time as tractor, truck, or bus drivers, in administration, packing, or as supervisors, or in various management roles within the company.

Requirements

• Personal motivation for piece-rate work
• Physical work in various weather conditions
• Agricultural work experience is an advantage
• Tolerant and respectful towards colleagues
• Honest and responsible in actions
• Willingness to develop your own skills
• Positive attitude and contribution to the team
• English language skills are an advantage (not mandatory)

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week, averaging 30-40 hours of work.
• Working hours from early morning until afternoon.
